Why change the blade when you can change the bit? The new Reload Microtrencher Blade allows you to quickly replace damaged or worn bits in the field all without removing the blade from the machine.

Features may include:

• Quickly replace damaged or worn bits in the field without ever removing the blade core from the machine. The Reload Microtrencher Blade’s reloadable bits will completely change how you think about maintenance, making the process so easy one crew member can replace every single bit on the blade in as little as 20 minutes.

• The blade core is made from high-grade, abrasion-resistant steel and features strategically placed hardfacing and carbide wear bars to further protect the bit blocks during use. This rugged design will stand tall against wear, increasing the overall life of the blade while reducing cost per foot.

• Reload Bits are interchangeable, keeping you productive from one install to the next by allowing you to quickly swap them out while keeping the same blade core. The MT12 and MT16 cores are compatible with 1”, 1.5” and 2" bits. The MT26 core is compatible with 1.5” and 2” bits.
